Job Summary
We are seeking an LCSW/LPC to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat children with intellectual disabilities and ADHD who are receiving outpatient individual, family, or group therapy with TeamUP Counseling. Sessions are offered primarily at our outpatient therapy center and may also be offered virtually, if requested by the patient. This is a fee for service position paid at a competitive percentage of insurance reimbursement.
Responsibilities
- Provide mental health therapy for young people with intellectual disabilities and/or ADHD
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
Qualifications
- Current LCSW/LPC
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Credentialing with MCO organizations, preferred (we will help you get credentialed if not)

TeamUP Counseling was incorporated in 2013 and began offering Intensive In-Home services to youth and families living with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in 2014. Our team of dedicated professionals has worked diligently to expand and develop programs that are exclusively offered to this population. TeamUP offers a variety of clinical, supportive and community-based programs to youth living in Northern New Jersey.
